This optically clear, two component epoxy has exceptional resistance to cryogenic temperatures and severe thermal cycling. Its low exotherm also makes it a superb potting, encapsulating and casting system, especially where wider cross section thicknesses are specified. Its unique combination of properties allows it to cure without stressing delicate electronic components. Serviceable over the wide range of 4K to 250°F, EP37-3FLF cures at room temperature in 2 to 3 days or faster at elevated temperatures. This epoxy offers a convenient, non-critical 1 to 1 mix ratio by weight or volume, and a low mixed viscosity of 1,400 to 1,500 cps. Additionally, users can work with a 100 gram mass of the adhesive at room temperature for up to 90 minutes. EP37-3FLF has a bond shear strength exceeding 2,000 psi and a T-peel strength of 25 pli. This flexible epoxy has an elongation of 180% and superior electrical insulation properties with a volume resistivity of 1.0E14 ohm-cm. It bonds well to a variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, rubbers and many plastics and is widely used in the optical, electrical, electronic, computer and OEM industries. EP37-3FLF is sold in pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon container kits and has a 6 month shelf life if unopened and stored at room temperature. HACKENSACK, NJ - February 8, 2011 - Master Bond EP21TDCS-LO is an electrically conductive silver-filled epoxy that passes ASTM 595 for NASA low outgassing specifications. It is widely used for demanding applications in the electronic, electrical, computer, semiconductor, aerospace and optical industries. The adhesive cures at room temperature in 24-48 hours and in just 1-2 hrs at 200ºF, producing tough high strength bonds. It features a tensile shear strength of more than 1,800 psi, a T-peel of greater than 5 pli, and outstanding adhesion to similar and dissimilar substrates. The volume resistivity of the system is less than 1.0E-3 ohm-cm. Serviceable over the exceptionally wide range of 4K to 275ºF, EP21TDCS-LO is suitable for cryogenic applications. It withstands thermal cycling and is resistant to chemicals, including water, oil and most organic solvents. The epoxy offers a simple 1 to 1 mixing ratio by weight or volume. With its low drip formula, EP21TDCS-LO can be conveniently applied with a syringe, knife, spatula or trowel to vertical surfaces without sagging and only contact pressure is required for curing. Syringes have a 3 month shelf life and glass jars have a 6 month shelf life, if stored at room temperature. EP21TDCS-LO is available in premixed and frozen syringes, as well as in metal containers.
